The Who By Numbers is great. Really.

Last weekend went to see In Bruges. I liked it. I didn't really have very high expectations (I only wanted to see Ralph Fiennes and Bruges), but it was nice. Not brilliant, but nice. And Brendan Gleeson was very good.

The weather is wonderful and sunny, Fillets of Plaice and Under Milk Wood arrived yesterday and next week I will finally be the happy owner of Gerald Durrell's Corfu trilogy. I want to lie down and fall asleep for the whole weekend, but the weather is too nice. So I feel that I should get out and take pictures while it's still sunny and warm (it starts at below +10*C in the morning, so I come to work wearing my scarf and gloves, but in the afternoon it's +15 or so already).

Some friends came over to celebrate yesterday. brought me a paprika and speakers for my laptop. And how could I not show off.

And this morning was really wonderful and peaceful. I wrapped myself up in a blanket, ate a cake left over from yesterday and watched Buffy. And only then did I get up to wash the dishes.

For the first time in months I have quite thoroughly cleaned the kitchen (the kitchen sink is finally white, not brownish!) and managed to make the living room look more or less civil. It took me three Dylan albums :p
Now, breakfast.
